30-day returns

You may request a return and refund within 30 days after receiving your order if the item is unused or has a quality defect. An item with a quality defect does not need to be unused to qualify.

How to request a return

Please contact MADOX through our contact page with your order number and the reason for your return. For a quality issue, please describe the problem and include photos if available. Contact us before sending the item so we can provide return instructions.

Return shipping costs

• For unused items returned for reasons other than a quality defect, the customer pays the return shipping cost.
• For items with a quality defect, MADOX pays the return shipping cost. Please contact us to arrange the return.

Returns are sent to Arcadia, California, United States. We will provide the full return address and instructions when you contact us.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will confirm the outcome and refund eligible returned products to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
